At Western Window Systems, our partners demand and expect quality. In fact, they will accept nothing less than the best. In that respect, our partners are a lot like the window team’s Patrick Fernando, a guy who knows a thing or two about the importance of quality in manufacturing.
As the last stop on the window line, it’s Fernando who gives the seal of approval when the standard of excellence is met.
“Patrick does not pass on anything less than perfect,” says Western Window Systems window and screen manager Karl Price.
But Fernando, who started with the company in October 2015, is also the consummate team player.
“He’s very quick to jump in and help wherever he’s needed,” Price says. “Patrick also lends a hand in training.”
Congratulations to Patrick Fernando, Western Window Systems’ shop employee of the month for October.
