You’ve heard of troubleshooting – finding a flaw in the system. But then there’s advance troubleshooting – finding the flaw before it even exists. That’s windows coordinator Brian Gutierrez for you.
“Brian looks ahead to target issues that may arise throughout the day and solves them before they become an obstacle for the builders,” says windows manager Karl Price.
When Brian does spot a quality issue, he is known as a guy who takes it upon himself to correct the problem and then continues to monitor the situation so that it doesn’t happen again.
“Brian is excellent because he goes above and beyond every day to make sure everyone in the department is on task and has everything they need to succeed,” says Price.
And when other departments find themselves in a bind, Brian is one of the first people to jump in and lend a hand.
“He will look for ways to free up labor in his area and help out,” Price says. “Brian will go out of his way to help anyone in need throughout the shop and office.”
Congratulations to Brian Gutierrez, Western Window Systems’ day shop employee of the month for November.
