It’s always exciting to see an employee realize his or her full potential by taking ownership and growing their skill set, thereby becoming an indispensible member of the team.
For Volume Program inside sales rep Mia Aguilar, she has done all that and more.
“Mia has really blossomed into a take-charge personality,” says Chet Willis, vice president of production builder sales, citing her taking on the responsibility of organizing team meetings, keeping the group on track, and holding it accountable for executing action items.
And Willis praises Mia, who started with the company in July 2016, for her performance in regard to Salesforce.
“Her work in adapting to Salesforce and logging the model-home table information has been amazing,” says Willis. “She has streamlined the process with help from IT. The timeliness of the entries and the accuracy has been fantastic.”
Willis gives her much credit for helping with the company’s Milgard account, saying her assistance with Milgard’s inside sales team has really paid off and made them easier to work with.
Mia also has been a guiding light when it comes to sustaining the culture of the department, organizing team events and happy hours.
“She is a team player and a key part of the Volume Program effort,” Willis says. “She has organized some really fun themes. And she encourages friendly competition between VP and custom while still being a friend to all.”
Congratulations to Mia Aguilar, Western Window Systems’ office employee of the month for August.
