You can call custom sales representative Justin Heinrich a “quick study.” When he started working at Western Windows Systems in July of 2017, he knew nothing about the industry.
“When he came in, he didn’t know anything about Western, windows, or construction. I’ve seen him progress over the two years he’s been here,” says Andrew Darr, vice president of custom sales. “The thing that has impressed me the most is his desire and ability to be coached.”
Darr cites Heinrich as an example to follow for people new to Western Window Systems. Heinrich has stayed curious and always asked questions. If he doesn’t know the answer to something, he finds someone who does. “I’ve seen Justin learn so quickly and so well,” Darr says. “And he’s had to deal with some complex customers.”
Heinrich’s sales numbers are almost as high as his standards, and he has a great rapport with coworkers and customers. “In all the interactions I’ve had with him and the interactions he’s had with others, I haven’t met anybody who doesn’t like him,” Darr says. “He’s worked his tail off.”
Congratulations, Justin Heinrich, on being Western Window Systems’ office employee of the month for August!
