The Belles Street Lofts in Northern California are an incredible mix of unique contemporary architecture, blended with lush trees and green grass. This multi-family project was one that demanded high-quality products, as the units themselves were finished with the same quality of a luxury custom home. The architects' unique use of Western's products - including our 600 Series Window Wall and 700 Series Casements, among other products - make it one of the more celebrated projects we have ever partnered with.

Mura Lofts and Condos

Nestled in downtown LA's Arts District and Little Tokyo, the Mura Lofts and Condos have helped establish a new standard of living in this part of the city. Western provided 600 Series Patio Doors, 100 Series Operating Windows and our 600 Series Window Walls (which included 90-degree butt glaze IG units). This urban infill project was an excellent opportunity for Western to showcase our diverse product mix and customization abilities for almost any job.

Roosevelt 11

Designed by award-winning architect Michael Underhill, Roosevelt 11 units have a true loft feel with exposed masonry walls, concrete flooring and expansive oversized windows. Each unit has a three-level floor plan with a private garage located on the first level. The project is located within the Small Business/Arts District Overlay and the units have been designed to accommodate live/work residents. The architect utilized Western Window Systems 100 Series Operable Windows and 600 Series Sliding Glass Doors.

Diamond Head Apartments

Offering stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, Diamond Head Apartments in Oahu are a throwback to early 1960s aesthetics of Hawaii. Western provided our 700 Series Awnings in this retrofit update. Also, Western provided custom frame openings to accommodate the A/C units.

Third Avenue Lofts
Scottsdale - Arizona
The Third Avenue Lofts project was Scottsdale's first attempt at lofts, and for now remains the only true loft architecture (exposed pipes, 11- to 18-foot ceilings) located in the city. Units in the 88-unit, mid-rise complex range from 600 square feet to more than 3,000 square feet. Located within Old Town Scottsdale, these lofts provide a true urban living experience. Western 600 Series Window Walls with 700 Series Operable Casements were used throughout the project.

Portland 38

Located at Portland and 7th Streets in downtown Phoenix, Portland 38 was designed by award-winning architect Michael Underhill. The 38 units range from 1,272 to 1,606 square feet and are open, spacious and flexible with clean lines that offer a simple backdrop for any style. Large windows and high ceilings allow for an abundance of natural light while Portland 38 also offers the perfect combination of public and private spaces. Each unit features its own entrance, oversized one-car garage and yard.

St. John's Wood condominium project was developed to offer homeowners top-quality living in a desireable area. The style of the building embodies the best elements of West Los Angeles and Santa Monica architecture - with a modern and streamlined design that includes a large courtyard. A number of eco-friendly materials, fixtures and construction techniques have been implemented throughout St. John's Wood.

The Mark Residences is a community of spectacular cosmopolitan luxury residences in Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona. Tucked away in an idyllic corner of the city, The Mark’s famed shopping and arts districts offer endless variety of upscale culture, dining and activities. Residents are able to catch the Scottsdale Trolley right outside their doorstep and be taken to their favorite downtown destination. The unique look and design of the buildings worked well with Western, including the use straight lines, a lot of glass and modern styling.

Designed by award-winning architect Michael Underhill, Evergreen 9 offers open and flexible design with clean lines that offer a simple backdrop for any style. With only nine units, Evergreen 9 creates a close sense of community to turn neighbors into friends. Each unit is three levels, with its own garage, entrance and yard. The architect chose Western Window Systems 600 Series Sliding Glass Doors, 600 Series Window Walls and 100 Series Operable Window inserts because they, too, offer clean lines.

This contemporary designed building is a classic example of the perfect multi-family project for Western Window Systems. Individuals living in these units pay a premium to live in Melrose neighborhood of LA, thanks to its vincinity and views of the Hollywood Hills. Western provided our 600 Series Sliding Glass Doors which are often considered to be the highest quality in the industry. We also utilized 100 Series Fixed and Operable Windows, as well as 700 Series Hinged Windows for ventilation.
