Roosevelt 11
Phoenix - Arizona

Designed by award winning architect Michael Underhill, Roosevelt 11 units have a true loft feel with the exposed masonry walls, concrete flooring and expansive oversized windows. Each unit has a three level floor plan with a private garage located on the first level. The project is located within the Small Business/Arts District Overlay and the units have been designed to accommodate live/work residents. The architect utilized Western Window Systems 100 Series operable windows and 600 Series Sliding Glass Doors.

Diamond Head Apartments
Oahu - Hawaii

Western provided the (700 series) awning windows in this retrofit application of a Midrise complex in Oahu. Also, Western provided custom frame openings to accommodate the A/C units.

Third Ave Lofts
Scottsdale - Arizona

The Third Avenue Lofts was Scottsdale's first attempt at lofts, and for now remains the only true loft architecture (exposed pipes, 11-18 ft ceilings) located in the city. Units in the 88 unit mid-rise complex range from 600 sq ft to over 3,000 sq feet. The complex has a pool, spa, work-out room, and a concierge. The Third Avenue Lofts are a short walk to old town Scottsdale and provide a true urban living experience. Western 600 Series Window Wall with 700 Series operable casements inserts was used to provide egress and ventilate rooms throughout the project.

Portland 38
Phoenix - Arizona

Located at Portland and 7th Streets, Portland 38 was designed by award-winning architect Michael Underhill. The 38 units range from 1,272 to 1,606 sq. ft. and are open, spacious, and flexible with clean lines that offer a simple backdrop for any style. Large windows and high ceilings allow for an abundance of natural light. Interior finishes are unparalleled in this price range. Portland 38 offers the perfect combination of public and private spaces. Each unit features its own entrance, oversized one-car garage, and yard. Western Window Systems was chosen because of our natural placement in modern homes. The architect used 600 Series Sliding Patio Doors, 600 Series Window Wall, and 100 Series Operable Inserts. Western looks clean and minimal….which is exactly what Portland 38 is all about.

Set in the new Marina Loft District, Element is a different frame of mind, body & soul. These new and sustainable residential lofts in the Marina Arts District are the only pre-cast concrete lofts in Los Angeles. Featured in The New York Times and LA Architect. Builder Pulte Homes chose to use Western 600 Series Sliding Glass Doors, 900 Series Hinged Doors, and 600 Series Window Wall with 700 Series Hinged inserts because they wanted to make a contemporary statement…and they chose the best window manufacturer in the country for modern homes.

St. John's Wood Condos
Los Angeles - California

St. John's Wood condominium project was developed to offer homeowners top-quality living at an affordable price. The style of the building embodies the best elements of West Los Angeles and Santa Monica architecture—with a modern and streamlined design. There is a large courtyard designed in a minimalist and urbane style. A number of eco-friendly materials, fixtures and construction techniques have been implemented throughout St. John's Wood. Efforts were made to select features that are organic or of recycled material. Western Window Systems fits perfectly as an environmentally friendly choice. This project utilized Western 100 Series Operable Windows and 600 Series Sliding Glass Doors.

The Mark
Scottsdale - Arizona

The Mark Residences and M Club is a community of spectacular cosmopolitan luxury residences in Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona. Tucked away in an idyllic corner of the city, The Mark’s famed shopping and arts districts offer endless variety of upscale culture, dining, and activities. Residents are able to catch the Scottsdale Trolley right outside their doorstep and be taken to their favorite downtown destination. The unique look and design of the buildings worked well with Western. Straight lines, a lot of glass, modern styling….Western Window Systems is built for projects like this. They utilized our 100 Series Operable Windows and 600 Series Sliding Glass Doors.

Copa Townlofts
West Hollywood - California

Copa Town Lofts is an outstanding new development where each unit is one full floor with direct elevator access. Lofts boast open kitchens with stylish flexible floor plans and 65 feet long of open loft space. Caesar stone countertops, custom Douglas Fir cabinets, pre-wired for cable, High speed internet access throughout, Imported Amber Bamboo hardwood floors, Ann Sacks fixtures and open elegant baths with Lagos Azure honed stone slab floors complete these great spaces. This is an exceptional building in a prime location. Western was fortunate to provide our windows and doors to such a unique, urban infill. Our window systems complimented and enhanced the look of the project.

Designed by award-winning architect Michael Underhill, Evergreen 9 offers open and flexible design with clean lines that offer a simple backdrop for any style. With only 9 units, Evergreen 9 creates a close sense of community to turn neighbors into friends. Each unit is 3-levels, with its own garage, entrance, and yard. The architect chose Western Window Systems 600 Series Sliding Glass Doors, 600 Series Window Wall, and 100 Series Operable Window inserts because they too offer clean lines. Western works perfectly in block construction, and our custom installers were able to fit the product perfectly in each opening.

Alfred Street Lofts
