Erick Felsch

Volume Program national accounts manager Erick Felsch was quick to share the recognition he received as employee of the month with fellow team member Morten Andreasson. Not unusual for someone known for focusing on the “we.”

“Erick truly exemplifies partnership when working with the Volume Program team and our customers,” says Chet Willis, vice president of production builder sales. “He is never too busy to lend a hand or help whenever he can. His dedication to excellence and his innovative nature have resulted in great success for Western Window Systems.”

Felsch, who started his career with the company in April 2012, has been key in building business relationships with the nation’s largest production builders. And his innovative thinking has helped bring new products to the Volume Program’s array of sliding and folding door offerings.

“He’s been a driving force behind our new Series 3700 Vinyl Multi-Slide Door,” Willis says. “He’s an invaluable asset with our customers and the Volume Program team.”

Congratulations, Erick Felsch, on being Western Window Systems’ office employee of the month for June!
