
Jason Funk
President
Jason leads Western with over 17 years of manufacturing and distribution experience. His dedication to customer service and shortened lead-times sets the standard for all the Western team members.
Jason started his career with Western over 10 years ago while finishing up his Bachelor of Science degree in Global Business Management at Arizona State University. Working in several different areas of the company provided him a solid foundation and deep understanding of the firm when he became President.
As President, Jason continues to focus on the growth of the business. He has lead the business toward geographic expansion, a greater diversification of job types, and new and innovative product designs.
While President at Western Window Systems, Jason Funk obtained his Masters of Business Administration from Arizona State University. He is active in many organizations including Young President’s Organization and charitable organizations that focus on children with chronic medical conditions or the underprivileged.

Scott Leech
Vice President
Scott guides the sales team at Western with more than 19 years of experience in construction, manufacturing and outside sales. His technical knowledge and focus on customer service helped drive the company from a primarily local manufacturer and installer to the nationally recognized company that exists today.
In the 14 years Scott has been with Western he has served in all facets of the company including Field Installation, Project Management, and Dealer Sales as Vice President. As Vice President Scott continues to lead the Sales Team, including Project Management, New Business Development, and Marketing.

Rick Lingen
Chief Financial Officer
Rick leads Western’s finance & accounting team with over twenty years of experience in the building materials distribution, manufacturing & specialty construction industries. His hands on approach and passion for customer service and support of operations strengthens Western’s dedication to excellence.
Rick started his career with Price Waterhouse Coopers after graduating from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. As a Certified Public Accountant, Rick dedicated his public accounting career to serving entrepreneurial and growth oriented companies, becoming a Partner in a regional accounting firm specializing in service, distribution, manufacturing and construction industries. His background in public accounting led the way to his successful career as Controller & Chief Financial Officer in growth oriented private companies.
Rick has been an active CPA for over 30 years and has served as a Board member and treasurer for numerous nonprofit organizations. When Rick is away from analyzing operations or crunching numbers, you will find him enjoying time with his family & friends or playing with his hobby for classic cars.

Bethany Reitz
Human Resources Manager
Bethany is Westerns Human Resource Manager. She brings with her broad-based functional skills and multi-industry experience. Her core strengths comprise working collaboratively with executives and managers to analyze complex problems and find innovative solutions; communicating effectively with all levels of the organization; covering a full spectrum of HR operations creating policies and procedures; recruitment; training and developing incentive programs. A strategic player, Bethany excels in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and can roll-up her sleeves to achieve goals and objectives.
Bethany has an extensive background in HR generalist affairs, including experience in full cycle employee recruitment and retention, staff development, mediation, conflict resolution, benefits and compensation, HR policies development, labor relations and legal compliance. She has demonstrated success in negotiating win-win compromises, focused leader/team player with well developed negotiation, recruiting, employee relations, effective communication, and creative problem solving skills.
In 2002, Bethany graduated from the Arizona State University Global Business Management program with an emphasis in the Human Resources arena. Continuing her strive for continuous growth, she obtained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2005 and then immediately following, she began a Master program at Grand Canyon University, obtaining her Master’s of Science in Leadership in 2008.

Glen Froehlich
Plant Manager
Glen brings to Western close to 30 years experience in the window and door industry nine of those years with this close knit team. His career experiences have brought many positive changes to Western.
As Plant manager Glen has been directly involved in most all improvements in production, new tooling and product design. This has paved the way for future growth and new product lines. Glen is supported by his lovely wife, two children and one granddaughter. He enjoys a craftsmanship hobby in both metal and wood in his spare time.

Tom Biasella
Plant Manager
Tom has been with Western for 30 years, and has been involved with many aspects of product development and manufacturing production at Western from its earliest days. Tom was the first Custom department that was started at Western in 1979 and draws much of his expertise of product from his fabrication and production experience from running the custom area for many years as it developed.
In addition to overseeing daily shop production and scheduling today, looking for opportunities to improve methods that can enhance our response time for orders is an ongoing process. Tom’s length of service allows him to give a unique perspective on product knowledge. Prior to coming to Western Tom worked in the residential construction remodeling field. Away from work he enjoys Fly Fishing, playing guitar and spending time with his family.
Chase Reynolds
Quality Control Manager
Chase oversees the quality aspect of the Western product. His dedication to “quality first” as well as his fervor toward guiding the Western team create a premium product line enabling Western to establish and sustain prominence in the window and door manufacturing industry. Chase also serves as our safety committee chair.
Chase began his career with Western over 5 years ago while finishing his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix. Working within several manufacturing departments provided the perfect groundwork necessary to perform the duties and functions of Quality Control Manager with a clear understanding that quality should never be compromised and will not be compromised.
As QC manager, Chase continues to implement lean manufacturing methods as well as strategies that will consistently improve Westerns’ manufacturing processes by developing and implementing plant procedures and controls that facilitate the consistent production of the prestigious Western product line our customers have come to love and trust.
As QC manager at Western Window Systems, Chase Reynolds is currently working on his Masters of Business Administration through the Texas A&M University extension program. He is active in many organizations, including American Society for Quality (ASQ), Arizona Small Business Association (ASBA), Maricopa Chamber of Commerce, Institute of Cleaning Inspection and Restoration Certification (IICRC), as well as being active in the Phoenix Rescue Mission, which helps to feed and house needy women, children and men in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.
Ty Cranford
Business Development Manager
Ty has been in the Window and Door Business for the past 18 years. He has been involved at the Dealer, Distributor and Manufacture level so he has a comprehensive understanding of the Challenges and the rewards of the of window and door business today.
Ty feels as a business development manager it is important to assure that existing markets are properly being developed through marketing, a strong Architectural presence and having the proper dealer network in place.
