O condition: stationary window condition. (example XOX, the O is the stationary window lite
X condition: a moving window condition. (example XOX, the X is the moving lite on both sides.
Equal Leg: A unit that does not include a Nailing Fin.
Nail On Fin: an extrusion that attaches to the window frame and used to secure the unit to the rough opening.

Medium Stile: a reference to the thickness of the panel extrusions.
Narrow Stile: a reference to the thickness of the panel extrusions.
