Equal Leg: Designates that the perimeter frame of the door will not include a nail fin. Multi-slide doors are not available with nail fins.
Weep: Small opening on the exterior of the threshold that allows water to drain from inside the track back out the exterior.
3” Monster Roller: 3” Precision Bearing roller that is our highest quality roller for sliding our largest size door panels. It is recommended on (though not limited to) all doors over 120” tall.
Medium Stile: Refers to the thickness or siteline of the vertical door stile. Our medium stile is 2.55” wide. Medium stile is highly recommended over narrow.
Lead Screen: Only one multi-slide screen is included. The lead screen is designed to provide ventilation only for the lead panel (the door you open first).
Full Screens: Entire door multi-slide door opening is screened. There is an equal number of glass panels and screen panels. |
| Flush Sill: Multi-slide track system that is .75” tall on the interior and is designed to be flush with interior flooring. This sill weeps out the front.
High Leg Sill (or Water Barrier Sill): Multi-slide track system that is similar to the flush sill but the innermost track has a 1.5” tall interior leg that provides additional water protection. This sill weeps out the front.
Thinline Sill: Multi-slide track system that is 1.5” tall but is designed to be completely buried by the interior/exterior flooring. The tile is installed in between the tracks leaving only a thinline exposed. This sill does not weep and offers no water protection at all.
