O Condition: Stationary window condition. (Ex: XOX condition, the O is the center window and it will be fixed)

X Condition: Moving panel condition. (Ex: XOX Condition, the two outside panels would slide)

EQ (Equal Leg): Designates that the perimeter frame of this window does not include nail fins.
|
NO (Nail on Fin): A nail fin is an extrusion that is held back 1” from the perimeter frame and is used to attach the window the exterior wall.

Jamb: Vertical end member of a window frame

sliding window: Window that open by sliding horizontally

single hung: Window that open by sliding vertically

DWG: Binary file format used for storing two and three dimensional data and metadata.

Countertop: Refers to special/modified sill condition that is available for single hungs that sit directly on top of a countertop.
